Larry Gaynor, a seasoned entrepreneur and business executive, serves as the president and CEO of one of the world’s largest distributors of beauty care products, TNG Worldwide. Since the company’s inception in 1985, Mr. Gaynor has led the company with one mission in mind – to provide 100 percent customer success. Backed with the desire to inspire young entrepreneurs in their pursuit of a career in business, Larry Gaynor donated $3 million to his alma mater, Michigan State University (MSU), for the creation of the Gaynor Entrepreneurship Lab (GEL). GEL operates under the auspices of MSU’s Burgess Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Located in the university’s Business Pavilion, GEL will serve as a venue for hosting entrepreneurship-related courses, group work, coaching, mentoring, and other high-impact entrepreneurial experiences. GEL is equipped with the latest technology, allowing students to learn through hands-on opportunities to conceptualize and plan their future business endeavors. In a statement, MSU president Lou Anna K. Simon said that GEL represents the university’s support for “the thriving culture of innovation and entrepreneurship” embedded in its mission. She expressed MSU’s ongoing commitment to inspire its students to gain an entrepreneurial mindset via its course offerings and through creative spaces such as the GEL. via WordPress https://ift.tt/32egqeQ
